They learn to cultivate healthy habits which help them to stay organized. If you\u2019re just intent on getting organized with no goals in mind, then you will never feel like you\u2019ve achieved anything. Instead, if you plan first what exactly you want and then aim for that, it\u2019ll make you more satisfied whatever little progress you could achieve.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Deciding what not to do is as important as deciding what to do. Prioritize makes getting organized much quicker and less overwhelming. When you get organized you really feel calmer. Just think about coming back to an organized home after the day\u2019s exertion, where you can instantly relax\u2026rather than being faced with a lot of to do lists being done to declutter and making you busier than you need to be.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Planning takes time. Yes. but that time will help save you more time later on. Often the difference between being organized and dis-organized is the little habits we do each day without really thinking. It\u2019s an ongoing process and it gets easier and easier the more we do it and finally we can reap the reward. The reward of increase in your productivity, the reward of just feeling good about yourself and about everything around you. For example, I can say that I start my day every morning decluttering my mind with affirmations and deep breathing. Keep your calendar where you can easily see and access it. A calendar is the best friend to an organized person, but only if they\u2019re used properly.<\/li>\n<li>Create actionable goals to prevent your day from being taken over by random intrusions. They help keep your focus on what\u2019s important.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize the important and create a task-list. If a task is more important, put it higher on your task list. If it isn\u2019t, then move it down.<\/li>\n<li>Organize Your Closet and declutter Your Purse Regularly. Closets are one of the most unorganized things and a perfect source of morning frustration too. Learn the KonMari method to declutter your closet. A great way to keep your bag organized is by using a simple bag organizer. These are very inexpensive and beneficial.<\/li>\n<li>Clean up your workspace frequently and spend about a minute every day organizing it as well. Make a habit of whenever you use something, take the time to put it back where you found it. Otherwise, you\u2019re going to quickly build a messy and unorganized environment for yourself. Remember, an organized desk is the first step to productive work.<\/li>\n<li>Donate Things You Don\u2019t Need Anymore. It will help you to get organized. Also, the things you don\u2019t need anymore might be really needed by someone else. Finally, you can feel happy helping a needy.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate tasks fairly distributing work to those you\u2019re involved with, be at home or at the workplace. Organized people are smart about what they do and don\u2019t do.<\/li>\n<li>Shop Mindfully and Evaluate Your Purchases. Before purchasing think again \u2013 is it really something you need? Will you use it and benefit from this thing?
